IronQuest is an AI-powered gym and strength-training app that builds your workout program and then runs every session for you, set by set. Instead of handing you a blank logbook, IronQuest acts as a personal AI coach: you answer a short set of questions about your goals, your experience level, your weekly schedule, and the equipment you have, and the system generates a personalized training program built around your answers rather than a generic template copied from a stranger.

Once your program is ready, IronQuest guides you through every workout. During a session it calls the exact exercise, the working weight, the number of reps, and the rest period, and your phone signals you the moment rest is over.
