Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → IronQuest → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Go to your profile in the app and tap "Delete account." This removes all your workout data, AI conversation history, and personal information from our servers.
Open IronQuest, go to the subscription screen, and tap "Restore access." Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.
